The rent to own subscription plan lasts for a minimum of 12 months.

After the 12-month Rent-to-Own term is complete, the website becomes 100% yours. You can choose to continue with our hosting and maintenance plan, switch to a different provider, or manage the site yourself—there’s no obligation to stay with us.

If the Rent-to-Own plan is canceled before the 12-month term is completed, the remaining balance of the website becomes due. This amount is calculated as the full website cost ($1,500) minus any payments already made.

Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period. If payment is not received within that time, a $50 late fee will be applied.

For subscription plans, if multiple monthly invoices remain unpaid for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In that case, the client will be responsible for paying the full standard price of the website, minus any payments already made.

That said, we are generally flexible and understanding and are happy to work with clients who communicate with us about their situation. However, if there is no response or communication after repeated attempts, we may take necessary steps to protect our time, effort, and work.

We use secure, trusted payment processors to handle all transactions. We accept major credit and debit cards, and additional payment methods may be available depending on your plan and location.

Yes—with some conditions. Once a contract is signed (lump sum or subscription), if we are unable to design something you’re 100% happy with and you decide not to move forward before development begins, we will refund any payments made to get started.

Once the website build has begun, refunds are no longer available. Any refunds beyond that point are at our discretion.

Yes we have montly plans at $70/mo or $500/annually due June 20th. Both plans come with 2 hours of edits per month, daily backups, hosting, domain management, and security.
