Do you create the content yourselves?
Yes.

For our higher-level packages, our team also comes onsite to capture original photography and video.

Do you respond to comments and messages?
Community management is included in our packages, with the level of involvement depending on the package.
We’ll monitor engagement and respond to appropriate comments and interactions based on an agreed-upon communication strategy.
Sensitive customer service issues or situations requiring information only your business can provide will be escalated to your team.
Do you run paid social media advertising?
No. Due to business decisions, we no longer manage or run paid advertising campaigns.
If you need paid advertising, we have a list of vetted freelancers and advertising professionals we can recommend to you.
Will I have someone I can contact?
Yes. You’ll have a dedicated social media manager permanently assigned to your account.
They’ll become familiar with your business, brand, audience, content, and goals so you aren’t constantly explaining your business to a different person.
Your dedicated manager will be your primary point of contact for your social media account and will work alongside the rest of our team when needed.
