What's included with your website packages?
All of our standard website packages include the same core features. The main difference is the number of pages.
Every package includes custom design, WordPress development, mobile-first responsive design, conversion-focused structure, CMS setup, domain setup and management, SEO optimization setup, analytics, forms, strategy calls, testing, and launch.
What platform do you build websites on?
We primarily build on WordPress & Shopify , depending on the needs of the project.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes. We build e-commerce websites for businesses with a minimum of 50+ products.
E-commerce projects start at $10,500 and are scoped based on the requirements of the store.
Can you build a custom website?
Yes. If your website requires functionality beyond a standard WordPress or Shopify build, we can develop a custom solution.
Custom projects start at $7,500+, depending on scope and functionality.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. After your website launches, you can have us handle hosting and maintenance for:
$75/month or $900/year
This includes hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, domain management, and 2 website edits per month.
Can I host and maintain the website myself?
Yes.
Once the website has been handed over to you for hosting, management, and maintenance, you’re free to manage it yourself.
If something breaks or you need our team to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, or modify the website, our rate is $170/hour.
How long does a website take?
Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project.
A 3–5 page business website will generally take a week so less time than a 20+ page website, e-commerce store, or custom development project.
We’ll provide a project timeline before work begins.
Do you offer photography and video?
Yes. We can send members of our team onsite to capture photography and video for your website, social media, and other marketing needs.
Our onsite content rates are:
Within 30 miles of Downtown Chattanooga: $165/hour
More than 30 miles: $200/hour, including drive time.
