Careers
Our team works part-time, typically 10–30 hours per week, giving our employees and contractors the flexibility to pursue school, other careers, families, side projects, or whatever the hell else matters to them.
How We Work
We create intuitive, aesthetically refined interfaces that prioritize user needs and emotions. Every element is carefully designed to enhance engagement, simplify navigation, and deliver seamless digital experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and boost overall performance.
- 10–30 Hours a Week
-
All of our positions are part-time. Team members generally work between 10 and 30 hours per week, depending on their role, availability, workload, and project needs.
We'd rather have someone work 20 focused hours and produce great work than sit at a desk for 40 hours pretending to be productive. - Chattanooga Area
- Because collaboration and occasional in-person work are important to us, employees must live within 50 miles of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- Flexible, But Accountable
-
Part-time doesn't mean casual about the work. We still expect you to communicate, meet deadlines, show up when you're scheduled, and give a crap about the quality of your work.
In return, we aim to give you the flexibility and trust you'd expect from a modern workplace.
We don't believe work should consume your life.
Our founder has worked in environments where employees were treated like replaceable parts.
We don’t want to build that kind of company.
We believe talented people should be treated with respect, honesty, and trust… whether they’re an employee or contractor.
What We Expect and what you can expect from us
1. Do good work.
Take pride in what you create.
2. Meet deadlines.
If something is going to be late, tell us before it’s tooo late and we look bad as a business.
3. Communicate
Don’t disappear when there’s a problem.
4.Take feedback
Nobody gets everything right the first time… or even the first few times… or even here and there.
We aren’t here to beat you down.
5. Take ownership.
If you fuck something up, own it and we will help fix it, seriously… we will.
What is the company culture like?
We’re professional about the work without taking ourselves too seriously/ are more casual not around clients.
We care about quality, accountability, respect, and communication, but we’re not interested in creating a stiff corporate environment where everyone is afraid to speak their mind.
What if I don't meet every requirement?
Apply anyway.
We’re more interested in talent, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than checking every box on a job description.
Note From Founder: I didn’t have a degree / experience for a lot of the jobs I had but I applied and they decided to teach me so I am keeping the cycle going!! 🙂
